This is achieved by providing more opportunities for outside performances and taking care of the many day to day administration matters which help the Musical Directors to improve their players musical skills with new challenges and playing opportunities. Keeping the finances in a healthy state is an important part of their responsibilities and money raising activities are organised to raise funds from time to time for the many expenses which occur.
